John was phenomenal

I had made a last minute booking and John accepted it.

He called me ahead of time to confirm that he was on the way and arrived at the dealership on time.

He waited with me for the vehicle to return from a Dekra inspection, which was delayed by an hour. After running the diagnostic he shared the results with me and provided his opinion on the overall condition of the car.

John made the transaction so much easier, I would recommend him to anyone using the Fixxr platform.
