Fixxr is a neutral online marketplace that connects customers ("Clients") with independent service providers ("Mechanics"). Fixxr does not provide services directly and does not control, supervise, or direct Fixers. We make no guarantees regarding:

Any booking made through the Platform constitutes an offer to procure services under these Terms. Fixxr reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion. Fixxr facilitates transactions but is not a party to the agreement between Clients and Mechanics.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available". Fixxr makes no warranties regarding:
You acknowledge that services arranged through the Platform may involve risks, including:
You assume all such risks and release Fixxr from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Where possible, disputes should first be resolved informally. If unresolved:
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Use of the Platform constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding agreement under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
