Update on original review:

Norman fixed the issue and got my car working again. He took the time to go through everything again and show me what he was doing.

I wish I had known about him and the company sooner.

Norman was timeous, polite, and efficient. He also took the time to explain what he was checking for and what needed to be done to get my car running again. He spoke to me in layman’s terms so that I understood where the issues might lie and what the process would be to correct them. I look forward to dealing with him to get the car in working order.
