A Fixxr Service Plan helps you keep your vehicle on the road by making sure its scheduled services are taken care of by our experienced mobile mechanics, making worrying about car servicing something from the past. The Service Plan offers you a convenient way of budgeting so that you can spend less time worrying about your car service and more time enjoying the open road.
A subscription-based plan allows you to book a range of services at set intervals specified by the manufacturer—it’s like having regular tuneups at your fingertips! By purchasing a monthly or annual subscription plan, customers can rest assured knowing their vehicle is getting professional attention throughout the year.

Each Fixxr Maintenance or Service Plan includes a defined set of services that are typically expected to keep your car in tip-top shape. To check what services are covered refer to the plan you are interested in for details of what is included.
You are eligible for a Fixxr Maintenance or Service Plan if, at the date of purchase, your car:
Your Fixxr Maintenance or Service Plan is a fixed-term plan. It runs for a period of 24 months from the date of subscribing.

The free diagnostic available as part of both our Maintenance Plan and Service Plan will be available for use from the start of your selected plan.

Please note: if the cost of the services you have utilised is more than the payments made on the respective plan, you will be liable for the balance.
Full details of cancellation procedures are available in the Maintenance or Service Plan booklet provided when the plan is purchased.
Manufacturers require that you service your car after a specific number of kilometres (e.g. every 15 000 km) or at specific time intervals. In order to make it as easy as possible for you, we will send you reminders of when certain services are due based on your current mileage. Refer to your owners manual and the Maintenance/Service plan booklet for details of when certain services will be due.
While this option is not available via the online booking process you can still make payments via EFT. Send us an email to request EFT details on [email protected].
Note that in order to confirm your booking when paying via EFT we need to receive proof of payment.

Yes. When you enter your card details upon booking please be assured that your card details are sent over SSL to our payment gateway providerr, who meet bank-level PCI-DSS security standards.
Yes – for either the Maintenance or Service Plan the best option is to make use of our online payment options.
This allows you to not have to worry about remembering to make your monthly/annual installment payment.
