New mechanics start on the Starter plan at an introductory R299/mo with unlimited leads. After you have claimed 20 leads or been on the plan for 3 months — whichever comes first — you move to the standard rate of R499/mo.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Instead of a monthly subscription, you buy a bundle of lead credits and spend one each time you respond to a lead. There is no monthly fee and credits never expire — they sit in your account until you use them.
Nothing. Credits do not expire and are never taken back. If a customer withdraws a lead you responded to, that credit is returned to your balance automatically.
You stop being matched to new leads until you top up — a lead you cannot respond to helps nobody. Your profile stays listed in the directory and customers can still find you and get in touch.
