Each marketing client gets exclusivity within a 30km radius of their workshop. Some overlap may occur in high-density areas where service categories differ. Contact us to check availability in your area.
Marketing setup is available after subscribing to a Starter plan or above.
The Free Trial gives you access to the platform for 30 days or 10 leads, whichever comes first. During this period you can set up your profile, receive leads, and experience the platform at no cost. A card is saved during sign-up for future billing but you will not be charged during the trial.
New mechanics joining Fixxr start on the Starter plan at a reduced introductory rate of R299/mo with a 10-lead cap. This lets you experience the full platform at a lower commitment. After you have received 30 qualified leads or been on the plan for 6 months (whichever comes first), you automatically move to the standard Starter rate of R499/mo with 20 leads/mo.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused lead credits do not roll over between months.
Monthly plans have no lock-in period — you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (pay for 11, get 12). Annual plans can be cancelled but are not refundable for the remaining period.
